Each room has its own air-conditioning and its own character — no two suites at TipSea look quite alike.

Upstairs, the Grand Ocean Suite and the Ocean Suite each come with an ensuite and a walk-in closet, while the Den Retreat and the Family Room share a bathroom between them. On the ground floor, the Seaside Suite offers a walk-in closet, an indoor shower, and — outside — a second shower and an open-air bathtub. The Cottage Retreat, standing apart in its own building, follows the same arrangement.
